Thanks to all of you who have filled out the survey on Backerkit.
We planned to close the pledge manager in mid-March, but there are still 15% of backers who have not been able to answer their survey, we hope they will do so in the next few days.
Due to this, the deadline to close the pledge manager has been extended, and thus give time to the backers who have not yet answered.
The pledge manager will close on April 2.
This is the deadline to complete your survey on Backerkit, if you don't do it before this deadline, you will be put on a waiting list to retake your survey later, after organizing the production and pledges of the backers who did complete their survey before April 2.

In the Pledge Manager of Dark Stones - The Cult Begins we have included 2 new Add-Ons sections, below we give you more information about it:
Here you will find scenery packs painted by us, both from Dark Stones and from our previous campaigns: Undead Graveyard and Battleruins.
In the description of each of the packs you will find the complete list of all the pieces that are included.
Here you can include the painting service for your scenery packs that you got in this Kickstarter.
The painting service is available for all pledge levels:
To add an Upgrade Painting to your order you must also have added the scenery pack for which you want to add the painting service.
This means that if you add Upgrade Painting: Magic Crystal (Great Cultist), you must have the Magic Crystal item in your order, it can be part of your pledge or you can include it as an add-on.
It's a special service that is made to order and as it has so much detail it cannot be done in bulk, each piece is hand painted with the best paintings on the market for miniatures. The main brands we work with are Vallejo and Citadel, high quality acrylics.
After painting, all the pieces have a layer of Matte Varnish to protect the paint.
We don't have a stock of painted pieces for sale, painted scenery is made to order and that's why we can't show you pictures of painted scenery pieces in large quantities.
However, throughout the painting process we will show you photos of the painted scenery in future updates.
If you wonder what level of paint we offer, the answer is: The same that you can see in the images of the campaign.

All the painted pieces are sent protected in foam and bubble wrap, separated in custom boxes so that they travel safely and arrive in optimal conditions to you.

The Pledge Manager for Dark Stones - The Cult Begins is now available on Backerkit.
When you log in, you will be able to provide us your necessary details to send your reward, as well as get add-ons to complete your gaming table.
Please, make sure you add all the Add-Ons you want since the orders will be closed and charged after you fill the pledge manager, within 24/48 hours.
All rewards travel safely. Shipments include tracking number and insurance.
Shipping costs don't include customs fees or any special taxes that may apply in some countries of destination outside the European Union. Due to Brexit, this also applies to the UK.
Your local authority may apply some charges (as prescribed by local rules and practices) once the package arrives at customs.
We do everything possible so that you don't have additional customs costs when receiving your reward, but we cannot guarantee it since it depends on the customs protocols in each country.
If during the process on Backerkit you have any questions don't hesitate to send us a message via Kickstarter and we will gladly help you.
For any specific questions regarding your pledge, please send us a private message via Kickstarter. That way we can have a history of the queries or specifications relating to each of your pledge. It's the best way to manage your query and not lose important information.

For those who missed the campaign, our pre-order store will be available in Backerkit in the next few days.

As in our previous campaigns, in Dark Stones we will also have Backerkit to manage shipping costs, add-ons and reward options.
We're currently setting the Pledge Manager, we estimate that it will be available in early February, there is no exact date yet.
Once it's ready, we'll post an update notifying all of you that the pledge manager has launched.
